On the tenth Day of Christmas...

...my true love gave to me, ten lords a leaping, and two very hyper active toddlers! In my house "lords a leaping" generally refers to my 2-year-olds jumping from the couch to a pile of blankets and pillows on the floor. Or from their beds to the floor. Or from their slide to the floor. Or from a chair to the floor. Or from the floor over a stack of pillows to the floor. One of these days my husband will come home from work and their will be two holes in the floor leading into the basement. And at the bottom of those holes will be my two boys standing there, looking up at the two of us laughing and giggling hysterically. At which point my 9 month old will start clapping and giggling in approval. In all seriousness though, I hope they grow out of the "jumping" phase BEFORE we get them bunk beds! Now on to today's verse!
