Spring has sprung!

Spring has sprung the grass is ris, I wonder where the flowers is? There they are! :D

I have beautiful daffodils growing right by my front porch! It looks like I'm going to have tulips around one of my trees and hyacinths by the driveway. :) It's fun seeing the yard transform for the first time. Since we bought the house in January, I have no idea what plant surprises await me as the season progresses. It does seem that whoever owned our house before we did, loved to garden at some point. It's in a little bit of disrepair, but nothing that a little TLC won't fix! So in honor of spring (since I missed posting on the first day of spring), here is a selection of beautiful Etsy flowers!

Drat!

Well since Blogger had the hiccups yesterday, I didn't get a chance to work on a post for today. I did, however, get my shop reopened! :)

Autumn2May on Etsy.com

I don't have anything new in it yet, but I'm going to be working on some magnets this week (hopefully starting today). Unfortunately I have a very unhappy, teething, monkey in the house at the moment. The poor kid is in very bad sorts, so unless Grandma comes to relieve me for a bit, I'm probably not going to get an clay work done till tonight. So if you'd like you can check out my shop as is, but make sure you come back soon, as I should have a bunch more pieces posted by the weekend! :)

Have a great day! :)

Rain, rain, go away...

...come again some other day. Actually I kind of like rainy days, but only if I get to spend them in bed or on the couch cuddled up with a book, rather then cleaning up goldfish crackers that have gotten crushed into the rug for the 4th time since breakfast. I guess if it has to rain, then Monday is a good day for it. It's better then it raining on a Saturday or Sunday. Besides, "April showers, bring May flowers," right? Of course, it's still March...but I guess that means we'll have more flowers in April? Silly spring weather! :)

Yuck...

Keeping with the reoccurring theme of my posts right before I moved, once again all three of my kids are sick, and I'm getting whatever it is they have. My husband, on the other hand, seems to once again have avoided whatever plague my children have brought into our household. So before I am confined to the couch watching whatever Nick Jr. has on this evening, I shall do a quick post on feeling better. Warm blankets and hot soup top my comfort list. How about you?

Hello! :D

Okay so it's taking me WAY longer then I thought to get organized after the move. But I think I finally have all the boxes of my craft stuff and office supplies in my office area. Moving wouldn't have been so bad, if we had been able to do it all in one go. But since the snow had other ideas, we only got 80% of our stuff on the actual day we moved. The rest was in "storage" till we could go back and get it. Of course the 20% we didn't get to move included ALL of my crafts and Etsy stuff. But luckily we are getting to the end, and there is probably only two more trips with our minivan left before we are DONE!. Hopefully by the end of next week, or the beginning of the week after that, I will have my Etsy site up and running again. :) So, in honor of me finally finding the boxes with my sewing stuff in them I am going to do a "Hello & Welcome" post!

Enjoy! :)
